Q: Do you provide educator discounts?
A: Educator discounts are available for Injini and Write My Name through Apple’s Volume Purchase Program.
Q: Do you provide promo codes for speakers?
A: We have a Speaker Support Program available for those who wish to evaluate our apps before presenting them at workshops, seminars, conferences, etc. Please fill out the form at this link and we will contact you when promo codes become available.
Q: Are there lite/trial versions available for your apps?
A: Injini Lite is available on the App Store. My First AAC does not have a lite version, but feel free to check out resources such as our demo video, update video, and manual to explore the features of the app before considering your purchase. There is no lite version of Write My Name.
Technical Support:
Q: What do I do if the app isn’t working?
A: Try restarting your iPad to reset the application by holding down on the button at the top right corner of your iPad until a red sliding bar appears to power it off, or restart the application itself by double-clicking the home button and closing the application in the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen. If restarting your iPad and the app doesn’t work, try removing the app from your iPad by holding down on the app button until a circled “x” appears in the corner; tap the corner to delete it temporarily. Enter the iTunes Store again and re-install the app – if you are logged in with the same Apple account you used when you initially downloaded the app, your account information saves your purchase history so you won’t have to buy it again. Apple Support provides some instructions on this as well.
